Quick promote is a Twitter feature which makes it incredibly easy to promote tweet on Twitter with very few clicks.
Just experimented a Twitter Quick Promote for one of the tweet (estimated 50 engagements were promised) and got the results in the twitter dashboard as 40 engagements and your promotion is complete.
Now according to the twitter example in the image shown below: Engagement: means
All click on the ad are counted (e.g. retweets,replies,favorites, follows).
However in reality as I am looking at the actual Tweet results experiment :
NO Retweet, NO replies, One favorite, No link in tweet, No media embeded in tweet so question is how come 40 engagement???
Question arise in the mind, where do the visitor click or how come 40 engagements occurred?
So decided to write to Twitter help thinking they must have some other explanation behind the word Engagement which is not visible in their example shown above.
However It appears somehow if you have a concern or complaint about Twitter promotion charges, their submit support ticket option/button disappears.
For example when you open help, SUPPORT SUBMIT BUTTON is clearly visible
however the moment you choose the option I have a question about the recent charges suddenly the option SUPPORT SUBMIT BUTTON disappears:
Anyhow if struggling with this issue you can surpass with that and submit your concern with choosing others & and than submit.
Twitter response time is generally good.
