- The parties agree that any proceedings initiated in breach of this exclusive jurisdiction clause may result in substantial additional legal costs, including but not limited to applications for anti-suit injunctions. The initiating party shall be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for all reasonable costs, expenses, and losses incurred by the Publisher in resisting or responding to such proceedings, and the Publisher reserves the right to seek recovery of such costs on an indemnity basis before the courts of England and Wales.
12. No Submission to Foreign Jurisdiction
- The Publisher does not submit to the jurisdiction of any court or authority beyond that specified in Section 11 of these Terms.
13. Service of Legal Process
