Although the rape cases against the RJD party leaders are not something which is unheard off, however, it is very rare anybody dares to register the complaint against any ruling honorable legislature of Bihar state of India.

The girl from Nalanda district (considered a spiritual destination by western tourists) filed an FIR against Mr.Yadav, the legislator from Nawada, for her abduction and rape.

According to the Police, the charges against Mr. Yadav seemed to be true during their preliminary investigation however the honorable legislator is on the run. The sad aspect of spiritual India is that even animals are not safe in India as of the 25th July 2018 a pregnant goat was gang-raped by eight men in India.

Deputy Inspector General of Police (Patna Range) Shalin said police have issued an arrest order against Yadav.

“Police have begun the investigation in this case and action would be taken against Yadav on the basis of the victim’s statement. She has identified the place and him (Yadav),” Shalin said.

The girl filed the complaint that on 6th Feb, a woman named Sulekha Devi took her to an undisclosed location in Nalanda and forced her to have liquor, after which she was raped by the honorable legislator of RJD party.

After she was raped, the woman also gave her Rs.30,000 (£300). She then went home and spoke about the incident to her parents who approached the police. Unfortunately,  rape has become the fastest growing crime in India and majority of the rape cases goes unreported because of the social stigma attached to it.

Unfortunately,  rape has become the fastest growing crime in India and majority of the rape cases goes unreported because of the social stigma attached to it. In another shocking incident, a cop’s wife was raped in a private hospital in Haryana India.

Rape cases are happening all over India including in tight security areas. The recent example was when a woman was raped in Indian IT giant Infosys Pune city campus which has very tight security.
