Central bank of India harassing pensioners cmd shri Pallav Mohapatra silent
Summary: A simple 10 min work is pending from around 2 years, despite several emails to CPPC of Central Bank of India and also CMD Shri Pallav Mohapatra but still neither their is any reply and nor it is resolved.
Old pensioner Vijaya Rani Gupta PPO No.-**** has requested from last 2 years to bank to kindly release:
(1)Pending pension arrears as per 7th CPC matrix with effect from w.e.f 01.01.2016
(2)Commutation to be restored w.e.f 1.11.2019 but CBI bank official seems to be too busy to reply or release the arrears and senior most official choose to remain silent.
Should old pensioners suffer by the Central bank of India callous and irresponsible behaviour despite government of India initiative that pensioners shouldn’t be harassed?
If Central bank of India official maintain callous attitute even after informing to the chairman and managing director Shri Pallav Mohapatra for more than 2 years than what about the frustrations of other pensioners/bank customers?
