Etihad Management

This was on January 30th 2019 flying to US from Chennai - MAA to CHS - Charleston, SC

i took Etihad from CHS to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to NYC....

during the time, Elibin was so keen to sell and upgrade me to better seat -

a- he was highly persistent
b. he was highly consistent
c during the flight he comes and helps out for the baggage.
d. all his colleagues tell the same how good he is

he deserve to be recognized from Etihad

this is a long due from the day i travel till today too much JetLag

i had to fly for work to SAn Diego, CA

so i am not getting sleep i thought let me finish - please ensure to send to the highest management for Chennai Station which used to be called Madras earlier

2. Etihad Airways - Top Management
I would like to reach out to Presidents office. I work for department of Defense in US.

I was extremely happy on my way from Abu Dhabi to New York - JFK on 30th January 2019

Vidhya also know as Monica is highly capable lady- non-stop work -she does not go to sleep
She looks very strict, but very customer oriented- talks to the point and always stand by for their employees- real leader not a manager...

Post most positive person is MARA - Vidhya informed...she is from Romania or similar -very positive attitude

Such person should be recognized- i am touched by all their gestures

Please ensure to give them a reward or distinction or add in their records as one of the best employees of the month or for the entire year

Glitch in Etihad Airways booking process

It is strange that Etihad Airways is such renowned airlines form the middle east and still having these glitches in the booking process and although this piece of news was sent to their team there was no response.

Etihad an International Airline and a major player in the middle east aviation sector might be flying latest high tech aeroplane but on ground level their website booking process is full of glitches.

While trying to book an Etihad Airways flight via online through their (desktop version) website following glitches were encountered over few days.

1.When you click your meal preference and click continue the screen disappeared and the first page of the booking system appeared.

2.After you finalize your seat preference and click continue the booking process doesn’t go further and come back to the home page of the website.

3.Somehow if you are lucky and reach the payment page it shows only two options for payment one is CREDIT/DEBIT/LOCAL CARD option by AMEX or Net Banking which is strange because if somebody has VISA or MASTER CARD what they shall do.

4. We tried again but this time on payment page without even filling info, it started showing message INCORRECT CARD NUMBER???

5.We assumed that may be it is just for reference AMEX is written but is shall accept other CCARD as well so we filled up Mastercard CCARD and other relevant info and click CONFIRM for payment but we are on same page, we click again but again no clarity Card is charged or not? Now we were not even sure whether payment is deducted from CARD and adding to confusion and stress.

This simple technical difficulty can only create lots of confusion and erode customers trust in such an eminent airline.

Kuwait Airways Reviews

We wonder how many customers would have been put off by this disappointing booking experience? What is the point of so much advertising budget when basic website don’t function well and on the top of it there is no online chat system for help in case customer encountered any problem?

Would the concern Etihad Airways officials would look into this issue or Etihad may also be started falling in the category of airlines such as Air India where customers are suffering and CMD Pradeep silent.

Note: On this positive note the pricing of Etihad airlines were found to be competitive and good choice of timing to fly between DEL to LON sector.

Inaddition online fare structure of Etihad airways was found to be transparent unlike Air India’s unethical misleading and non-transparent travel agent such as “Tickets to India” ticketstoindia (reviews)  who didn’t bother to explain fare structure and refund details despite 11 emails and Air India (Reviews).

Etihad Customer Service: We contacted Delhi customer service at 1800223901 to find out if our Ccard has been charged or not.

Customer service advisor Yogita picked the phone but instead of resolving the query she disconnected the phone. We tried again and this time, fortunately, the gentleman on the other side confirmed no booking has been done in their system which means our CCard shouldn’t have been charged.
